Finding Killer Niches
ByOne of the most important things in any business is finding the correct thing to sell. Online, we refer to this as finding your niche.
A mistake I made earlier on in my career for example was chasing niches which I was able to dominate but yet were not profitable or extremely difficult to market to. For example, at one point I was very large into the children’s story niche. The problem was that although there was a massive audience, it was extremely difficult if not impossible to monetize effectively.
Nowadays, I try to stay in the more competitive niches which are profitable and although not always as fun, it does mean that I make a lot more money.
